Prayers: Tamar Braxton Rushed To Hospital In Possible Suicide Attempt

It’s being reported that superstar Tamar Braxton tried to take her own life.

According to sources, Tamar was staying at the Ritz Carlton Residences in downtown Los Angeles and scheduled to film an episode of her new Youtube Show “Coupled Up & Quarantined.”

Things weren’t going right for Tamar that day and she mentioned to her boyfriend David Adefeso, that she might commit suicide.

Later in the day she allegedly tried to. a 911 call was placed at around 10 PM Thursday. The caller said someone at the Ritz Carlton hotel in downtown L.A. attempted suicide.

When paramedics arrived Tamar was found Tamar unconscious inside her room. Her boyfriend, David Adefeso, told cops she may have overdosed on pills and alcohol.

Tamar did not leave a note. Her boyfriend told police that she was upset earlier in the day and mentioned that she might commit suicide.

A clip was uploaded to YouTube for their “Coupled & Quarantined,” and the latest episode was supposed to run Thursday night, but earlier in the day they said it was being postponed. They did not say why.

According to sources, Tamar was staying at the Ritz Carlton Residences in Downtown Los Angeles, near LA Live, with her boyfriend David Adefeso.

We’re told David found Tamar “unresponsive” and called 911 to report his girlfriend had been drinking and taken an unknown amount of prescription pills. Sources say he believed it was a possible suicide attempt.

Sources say ambulances arrived at the hotel and have transported the reality star to California hospital in Downtown L.A.

LAPD confirmed to The Blast, they received a call around 9:45 P.M. in regard to a 43-year-old female who had a medical emergency listed as a “possible overdose.” Officers are following the woman to the hospital for further investigation.

Earlier, Tamar and David were scheduled to do their ‘Coupled and Quarantined’ YouTube show.

Instead, they uploaded a clip that read:

A spokesperson for Tamar told The Blast:

“Tamar has had a very tough and emotional day — more information will be coming in the next few days. Please pray for her.”

Tamar is now conscious and on 24-hour suicide watch.

Prayers for Tamar for the release of whatever demons haunt her, and for the healing of her beautiful, vibrant spirit.

Now, I haven’t been hardcore blogging or keeping up with celebrities in the past year, as I’ve built up a new life coaching business and was focused on my own personal growth and healing journey after having a spiritual awakening.

With that being said, and not being a deep viewer of Tamar’s life in the past two years, I can see that Tamar needs to start her own healing journey.

If she told her man earlier in the day that she wanted to commit suicide, it’s because she’s not feeling the love of God around her.

Tay-Tay is a messy ray of love, joy and sunshine, who also has a lot of emotional issues. I can’t say if her issues are caused by her man, but chances are he plays a part. When a man doesn’t feed life and love into a woman, she starts to feel down about herself and her life. But like I said, that’s without me recently watching her.

I am also quite positive that her broken marriage to ex husband Vince who often beat and abused her and the trauma from that relationship is highly connected to this incident.

Celebrities these days definitely need to invest in spiritual coaching in order to heal the deep layers of their wounds, and the repression that often comes from having to live under a microscope in the public spotlight with your every move being judged. Most people couldn’t even imagine.

The Blast reports that not only did Tamar recently send a “scathing” letter to WeTV, the network that hosts Braxton Family Values, but she also penned a concerning message to her loved ones. Of the former, she accused WeTV of exploiting her family for money and ratings, pitting them against one another.

“All happening because your show has chosen to show the absolute worst side of a strong, independent, and successful African American family,” she reportedly wrote. She said the worst was “the day you dug up a secret I’d never shared with anyone, a secret I was so ashamed to talk about that I hid it even from my own mom: the fact that I had been assaulted and raped repeatedly from age 6 to age 16, sometimes multiple times a day.” She added that WeTV producers exposed her secret “on your show in front of my entire family and 100 crew members.”

The message she allegedly sent to her loved ones reads: “I am a slave. I do not own my life. My stories. My pictures. My thoughts or beliefs. I’ve asked my massa to free me. I’m threatened and punished for it. The only way I see out is death. I will choose that before I continue to love like this.please help me.”
