News of the birth of the baby came earlier this week after the couple kept the pregnancy under wraps.
The 38-year-old actress noticeably hasn’t been pictured from the chest down since her birthday in March.
It’s believed the delivery took place in Montana, where The Timberlakes live.
The baby boy is also welcomed by big brother Silas Randall, who is now five.
Justin and Jessica’s new arrival marks a fresh chapter of happiness for the family, especially after 39-year-old Timberlake was compelled to publicly apologize to his wife after he was spotted getting cozy with a co-star in New Orleans late last year.

Now, a source tells Entertainment Tonight that the duo has taken some time to mend fences following the dust-up in their marriage.
“After Justin was spotted holding hands with his co-star, the couple took time to reconnect, spending much-needed quality time together,” the source told the outlet. “Justin and Jessica love one another very much and weren’t going to let this come between them, more so since Justin told Jessica he didn’t cheat, and she believes him.”
