Dad facing jail time for beating man he found molesting his 14-year-old daughter in her bedroom

A Georgia man, Ismael Casillas, is accused of beating Keywontrezes Humphries after finding him in his 14-year-old daughter’s bedroom with police saying he ‘crossed the line’ when he opened fire on him as he ran away.

The furious dad who gave a severe beating to a man he found in his teen daughter’s bedroom has been charged with aggravated assault after police say he ‘crossed the line’.

Enraged Ismael Casillas allegedly beat Keywontrezes Humphries so hard he chipped several of his teeth after he discovered the 20-year-old in the early hours of July 4.

The 41-year-old also reportedly knocked him out and choked him at the family’s home in Coweta County, Georgia.

Authorities say he took things ‘too far ‘and ‘crossed a line’ and he is now being charged with aggravated assault.

Investigators with the sheriff’s office said that had Casillas allowed Humphries to leave after he was beaten they may have not pressed charges, Fox 5 Atlanta reports.

But Casillas is claimed to have asked his wife to bring him his gun resulting in Humphries jumping out of the bedroom to escape.

However the dad is claimed to have waited for him in the front yard and continued beating him, police say.

The aggrieved parent allegedly threatened Humphries’ life and fired shots as the bloodied man fled the scene.

Under Georgia law homeowners are allowed to use force to defend themselves and their families from intruders but only so long as they present a threat.

Police claim Casillas opened fire as Humphries ran away.

investigator Scott Kilgore said: “There is a line that he can’t cross, we can’t cross, when somebody is no longer a threat to you.

“My advice would be let it go and contact us and let us handle it. Don’t take it into your own hands.”

Humphries, who goes by the nickname ‘Man Man,’ also faces charges and is accused of child molestation for allegedly being in a sexual relationship with the 14-year-old.

According to the girl’s mom, Humphries met her daughter online while playing X-Box and drove 2 hours to visit her.

He parked his car in a neighbors drive-way. The neighbor told the other about the car that was blocking his exit. Then the father noticed his daughter’s window was open. ……….. From there it went from zero to one hundred when he found Humphries standing at the foot of his daughters bed.

Crazy that a cop can literally kill an unarmed black man and it not be considered aggressive. But a father can’t beat the brakes off of a pedophile who touched his child.

Someone needs to re-write the law with some morality in it. Cause at the end of the day, this dude is going to get out of jail and do it again.

Hopefully the judge tosses out the father’s case. If not, that tells you the truth about the law.
