Before he died, Chadwick Boseman found love and secretly married his girlfriend Taylor Simone Ledward.

Yesterday the world was shocked to learn of Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman‘s early passing.

Today we learn that Chadwick secretly married his wife Taylor Simone Ledward before his death.

The actor passed away at home in Los Angeles after a private four-year battle with colon cancer. His beloved wife was at his bedside alongside close family.

Chadwick had asked Taylor, a singer who graduated from California State Polytechnic University, to marry him in October last year and the pair are thought to have said their vows in a private ceremony before the actor’s cancer advanced.

They kept much of their early relationship secret, before allowing themselves to be pictured together at award ceremonies and red carpet premiers. 

He was diagnosed with the cancer a year into their relationship, and battled it with Taylor by his side. In March last year he spoke about their romance for the first time at the 50th NAACP Image Awards, saying: ‘Simone, you’re with me every day. I have to acknowledge you right now. Love you.’

When the cameras panned to her, she could be seen mouthing back the words ‘I love you’.

In April, he posted a photo of himself on Instagram, to which many fans noticed his appearance and weight loss and asked if he were okay.

The actor’s death at the age of 43 was reported yesterday. He leaves behind his wife and close family members. The couple have no children. 

Seeing as to how he fought in secret, I can’t help but wonder if he felt like not telling his fans would help? I wonder if he sought out a spiritual healer? I wonder if he spoke LIFE to himself? One thing I’ve learned over the years is that NOTHING is permanent.

This morning I saw a man on instagram saying that death was coming for him.

Recently, a very popular boss chick died, and I looked at her photos and saw no life. No glow and no joy. She too worked till the very end, straight from her hospital bed.

I know in this moment that spirit wants me to inform you that you are not here on this earth to work yourself to death. EVERYONE must start taking care of themselves and putting their HEALTH first. Take breaks, meditate, get in tune with your body. Speak to your cells.

Also please NEVER pre-announce your death. As surely it will come.

I had an ex-boyfriend say that he would die an early death, and he died.

I watched Biggie and Pac speak about their coming death, and they died.

I’ve learned the power of the tongue and know that you are supposed to speak life to yourself and not believe anything that goes against your life.
