Tia Mowry-Hardrict Reveals She Schedules Lovemaking With Husband Cory Hardrict

One of the rules that many couples implement, in order to have a healthy relationship, is to put lovemaking into their schedule.

Like many celebrities, high-performers, and boss chicks, often you get so caught up in work, tasks, kids, and your TO DO list, that you forget some parts of your self-care routine, which includes, deeply connecting to your partner in the bedroom.

Actress Tia Mowry-Hardrict, who is married to actor Cory Hardrict, recently revealed that she schedules lovemaking once a week in order to keep her relationship hot.

The Hardrict’s have been married for 12-years. They have a two-year-old daughter, Cairo Tiahna, and a nine-year-old son Cree Taylor.

Despite her busy career, social life and two kids, Tia says she doesn’t want her husband to feel neglected.

And Tia isn’t the only one.

When discussing the subject of intimacy, on On Heidi Murkoff’s podcast ‘What To Expect’ Heidi told Tia, “We had to have sex once a week. That was the rule in our house because otherwise, we wouldn’t get around to it.”

Tia replied, “Heidi, this is the first time where I’m admitting it: We do too. When I was younger, and when I would hear that, I’d be like, ‘Why do you have to do that?’ But like you said, you do — especially with kids and with work and all that.”

Tia spoke on how it’s important to focus on her marriage and not just her kids so that her husband isn’t neglected.

Tia continued saying, “You have to make sure that it’s not neglected in any kind of way.”

Great podcast. It’s important for busy boss chicks and career women to understand that they must have some kind of balance in their lives, and make sure their husband’s needs are tended to.
