Lori Harvey Shares How Michael B. Jordan Won Over Her And Mom Marjorie

I hear so many many men complain about how women are never happy, without understanding THEY are indeed the reason why.  It’s so easy to keep a good woman happy, and Michael B. Jordan proves my point.

When a woman is with a good man she glows.

As the first guest on this season of The Real, Lori Harvey revealed that what she appreciated about her and the most, is that he’s very attentive to her needs. All she has to do is mention the word, and Michael is like SAY LESS, IT IS DONE.

During her interview, Harvey was asked about her relationship with Jordan and shared that he’s made quite the great impression not only on her but also her family. He and her mom Marjorie get along swimmingly, for example.

“They’re actually really close,” she says. “They talk all the time. They hang out. They’ve gone out on their little lunch and dinner dates. I don’t even know about [it]. He’s like, ‘oh yeah, I just took your mom to dinner.’ I’m like, ‘okay! That’s cute.’”

The socialite added, “I’m like, ‘y’all talking about me?’ They’re like ‘yes!’ They have a really good relationship.”

When asked what makes their relationship so special, she ran down a list of things that make their connection a strong one.

“We just really balance each other and I really believe in the statement, ‘when you know you know,’” she said. “I think that really applies to our situation. You know, we just have a really good time together. He’s so sweet. Very attentive. He listens to me, the things I say that I want and he really makes an effort. So I think that’s what’s special about it.”

So what’s the sweetest thing Jordan has done for Harvey? We’ve seen the stock acquired for her in fashion house Hermes, and the private dinner at the aquarium. Harvey says that’s cute and all, but it’s the much smaller gestures, like a simple trip to the farmers’ market, that take the cake for her.

“It’s the little things, the everyday things is what I think really is what makes him special,” she said. “He just listens to me when I talk. Even the other day I’d just been saying I really want to go to a farmers’ market. And so he like called me one Sunday morning and was like, ‘What are you doing? Get dressed. I’m about to come pick you up.’ And he like took me an hour away to this really cute farmers’ market. We had the best day. It’s things like that.”

Talk about a fairytale relationship that makes your heart beat.

Back in January, Harvey and Jordan first went public with their relationship, to the jealous shock of many fans. Lori gets all of the high profile men.  The couple has since become couple goals by  sharing PDA, romantic getaways, lavish gifts and and their love for each other, all over the internet.

Many online glad to see the model leave her previous boyfriend Future in the dust. (I’ve nicknamed Future everybody’s baby daddy.)

Lori’s father Steve Harvey, the author of Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man, also opened up about the couple’s relationship in a new interview with People magazine.

The Family Feud host opened up about his feelings on Jordan, whose praises he’s sung in the past after Jordan and Lori confirmed their relationship in January.

“I don’t speak publicly about this type of stuff, but I’m happy for my daughter right now. I really am,” Harvey said. “It’s the first time I’ve been happy for her [in a relationship]. And it’s the first time she’s been happy.”

He continued, calling Jordan a “good guy” and a “spiritual guy” with a “great family,” joking that he “has ways” to get rid of him if the good-guy part wasn’t true.

“He’s not the sexiest man alive to me, at all. I haven’t seen it. I haven’t seen anything sexy yet,” Steve joked with People. “But I’m a father. I don’t give a damn if you [are] cute. I just want somebody to treat my princess the way I treat her.”

And with the way Harvey has previously talked about his daughter’s significant other, saying that he “can’t find nothing wrong with him” and that “it was really nice what he did” on Valentine’s Day for Lori, that may just be the case. The gift Jordan pulled off, of course, was renting out an aquarium just for him and Lori with a candlelit dinner, which Steve joked about on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

“Yeah, well good luck homie, ‘cause you know, Valentine’s come every year,” he said. “So I don’t know if you know this works or not, but I don’t know how you gonna top that. But good luck partner.”

No problem Steve. Michael has this. To his name sake he’s shooting shots like Jordan. ALL NET!
