Wendy Williams Ex Husband Claims He’s Broke & Facing Home Foreclosure After Alimony Checks Stop

WENDY Williams‘ ex Kevin Hunter who famously cheated on his wife and got his mistress pregnant, claims he cannot pay his bills and is facing home foreclosure after the talk show star stopped paying alimony payments, new court documents revealed.

In the shocking court filing, exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, Wendy’s ex claimed his monthly payments which were made by the star as agreed to in their divorce, suddenly stopped in February 2022.

The Root reports that as a result of Wendy Williams’ ongoing health issues and financial woes the once highly rated talk show host stopped making alimony payments to her ex-husband, Kevin Hunter. 

Back in February, when Wendy was locked out of her own Wells Fargo Bank account, apparently the payments stopped and never resumed again.

Now that he’s been cut off from the money supply after decades of having access, Hunter is crying broke. Wendy’s ex claims he can’t pay his bills and is facing foreclosure on his Florida home. And he is asking a court to intervene.

Williams was released from a wellness facility in October. And now, Hunter is looking to force her guardian to pay him so he doesn’t lose his home. “I have fallen behind on most of my bills. I currently live in a community that requires payments to the homeowners association and I’m behind on that bill,” Hunter said in his appeal to the court for help. “If the homeowners association fees are not paid, foreclosure will soon follow.”

“My car insurance hasn’t been paid as a result of not receiving monthly severance payments. I’m behind on credit card payments because I have no money since the severance payments were suspended,” Kevin continued in his filing.

“My life has been greatly affected since the plaintiff stopped making payments under our settlement agreement,” Wendy’s ex-husband added.

On top of the myriad of pressing financial matters Wendy’s ex claimed he was facing, he also alleged that he doesn’t have health insurance.

Williams and Hunter’s more than 20-year marriage came to an end in January 2020,  after Hunter impregnated his sidechick and bought her a new home in Wendy’s neighborhood. Hunter now shares a new home he’s afraid of losing with his mistress, Sharina Hudson, and their love child.

Kevin claims that he needs hip surgery which he can’t afford without insurance, and as a result of non-treatment, he lives with daily pain.

“The fact that I am unable to sustain my life and pay my bills in order is extremely emergent to me. I cannot pay my bills and sustain my day-to-day living.”

Kevin also argued he was never given any reason by Wendy’s guardian as to why the payments had ceased in the first place.

As to Wendy’s current finances,  The Sun reported, the former talk show host has not been paid from The Wendy Williams Show since October of 2021, and she does not have any other gigs lined up at this time. “On October 15, of 2021 plaintiff was informed by Talk WW that her contract was being suspended and that no compensation shall accrue or be payable to plaintiff for the duration of plaintiff’s disability and incapacity,” Wendy’s attorney explained.

Wendy’s attorney also pointed out that the couple’s divorce settlement agreement calls for payments to be adjusted or cancelled in the event that Wendy wasn’t working.

“If, for any reason, [Plaintiffs] contract with Talk WW is not renewed and/or is otherwise suspended, canceled or terminated and [Plaintiff] does not have any other television show being aired and paying her an equivalent salary, [Defendant] understands and agrees that all Severance Payment shall be subject to either termination or modification.”

Looks like Hunter, once executive producer of The Wendy Williams Show, is learning his lesson about biting the hand that feeds you.

The one thing I noticed about men who are in relationships with masculine women who are the breadwinners, is that the man in a way attempts to compete with HER. He really wants to be the one who provides. But since he can’t he will often cheat on her with a woman with less than HER and PROVIDE for that woman.

While a lot of money was on the line Wendy’s ex-husband felt like cheating and getting his feminine mistress pregnant was more important for his ego than keeping his cash cow Wendy happy.

That’s why it’s better to be a feminine woman and have a man who PROVIDES FOR YOU, no matter how much money you make, or being like Beyonce’ and getting a man who is your financial equal. But even in that, as you learned when Jay admitted to cheating is that still there is SOMETHING in the man who wants to diminish the powerful woman’s self-esteem by sexing a woman with LESS than her.

Cause for men, while many are gold diggers and will use a woman for her resources, most men simply don’t care how much money a woman makes. Her finances aren’t what makes him fall in love with her.

Glad that SOMEONE is looking out for Wendy’s best interests. She deserves better from Kevin.
