Married police officer fired for sleeping with multiple cops while on duty

A woman was fired after joining the Tennessee Police Department and using it to live her best sex life.

The story of small Tennessee police station has gone viral, after the station was rocked by allegations of scandalous sexual misconduct; after a married female officer allegedly sexually pleasured herself with six male officers, including illicit on-duty liaisons, according to reports.

Officer Maegan Hall allegedly engaged in wild sexcapades that included sending dirty pictures, taking her top off at a “Girls Gone Wild” hot tub party, and even having oral sex with two officers at the La Vergne, Tenn., police station, WTVF TV reported.

The steamy shenanigans — in which Hall allegedly bragged about the size of one officer’s genitals and claimed to be in an “open marriage” — not only led Hall to being fired, but also led to the firings of Sgt. Lewis Powell, Officer Juan Lugo, Sgt. Ty McGowan and Detective Seneca Shields, according to a December internal investigation.

Two other officers who allegedly had romps with Hall — Patrick Magliocco and Larry Holladay — kept their jobs but wound up suspended, according to the reports.

The extracurricular trysts took place at hotels and parties at other officers’ houses and on a boat, while Hall was also accused of performing oral sex on Powell and Shields while on duty at the police station and police gym, according to the Dec. 28 internal report.

Officials began to look into the swinging personal lives of the amorous officers when La Vergne Mayor Jason Cole received a tip that Hall was sleeping with several fellow cops and had a threesome with Magliocco and his wife, among other claims.

When asked about the tip, Magliocco admitted to having sex with Hall on “numerous occasions,” the report said.

He told investigators that Hall had told him about Powell’s “big black d–k,” and claimed she had performed a sex act on him while the pair were on the clock, the report said.

Sgt. Lewis Powell was fired after admitting to having a sexual encounter with Hall on the clock.

Magliocco also said he had seen Hall and Holladay kiss while watching football at a party, and said Hall had kissed his own wife, Amy, after learning they had an “open marriage,” according to the document.

The officer said Hall’s husband saw the kiss and told officials the cuckold “really wasn’t on board” with his wife having a threesome with the Maglioccos, but she continued having a relationship with him, investigators said.

Patrol officer Maegan Hall of the La Vergne Police Department was fired along with four other officers after it was revealed in December that she ‘engaged in a sexual relationship’ with them.

Fellow patrol officers Juan Lugo-Perez, Lewis Powell, detective Seneca Shields and Sgt. Henry Ty McGowan admitted to the accusations, according to an internal investigation. Shields also claimed he had oral sex with Hall in the department’s gym while on duty. Three other cops were suspended after the investigation.

Hall, who is married to Jedidiah Hall, is also accused of revealing her breasts while at a steamy ‘family’ Memorial Day hot tub party on a boat with patrol officer Patrick Magliocco, one of those suspended, and fellow officers David Durham and Eric Staats.

Magliocco said in the report that Hall had kissed his wife, Amy, and that her husband witnessed the incident but ‘really wasn’t on board’.

Jedidiah Hall works at the Henry Horton State Park as a seasonal Interpretive Recreator. In a blog for the parks department he described how the park became his family’s ‘go-to summer destination’.

‘Growing up on the trails and swimming in the river made me fall in love with our state parks and being in the outdoors.

‘That summer changed my life, and I decided to teach park visitors about Tennessee’s history and natural resources.’

He added that his favorite part about working for the state parks department ‘is witnessing the look in our visitor’s eyes when they connect’ with our state’s cultural resources.

‘That “wow” moment makes all of the hard work worth it, and it makes me fall in love with our park system all over again,’ he wrote.

His wife’s lurid affair with her colleagues came to light after an internal investigation in December.

K-9 officer Larry Holladay and patrol officer Gavin Schoeberl were also suspended and charged with sexual harassment after exchanging sexual images with Hall.

One incident detailed in the internal report is a hot tub party – compared to Girls Gone Wild’ – which several of the fired and suspended officers’ wives attended.

Magliocco was seen pouring vodka down Hall’s throat moments before she took off her top.

The report reads that ‘Hall’s top came off and Staats, who owned the boat, helped put it back on because ‘he was trying to protect her.’

Hall then pulled Magliocco into the restroom and asked if he ‘wanted to f***’ and then later gave him oral sex when they got off the boat.

Hall was open about her relationships with the other officers and once bragged to Magliocco about Officer Powell’s d*** after performing oral sex on him while on duty, according to the report.

Durham and Staats claim they didn’t have an inappropriate relationship with Hall.

Powell, who is married, initially denied having a sexual relationship with Hall several times and claimed that ‘everybody knows she has multiple partners.’ He later confessed.

Magliocco told investigators on December 13 that he and his wife had been in an open relationship with Hall since spring 2022.

He revealed that one day Hall’s husband walked in on her and his wife and wasn’t on board with the open relationship.

‘At one party, Hall and Magliocco’s wife started kissing and Hall’s husband came in the room and seemed upset,’ the report reads.

Hall appeared to keep her sexual relationships a secret from her husband and asked other officers to borrow money to book hotels.

Magilocco told investigators that he was concerned for Hall’s mental health since she became heavily intoxicated at his house party in early December and drove home ‘drunk.’

‘Hall voiced “harmful thoughts” and on multiple occasions said that she should not be alone,’ the report reads.

Magilocco reported his concerns to the department on December 8.

Hall told Officer Holladay, who was suspended for sending explicit images, that she had ‘bad days.’

Holladay told investigators that he once invited Hall and other officers to his home to watch football and there was ‘heavy drinking.’

‘Holladay reported that there was talk of a threesome with him, Hall, and Holladay’s ex,’ the report heads. ‘Holladay reported nothing happened at the party.’

The officer admitted to having a sexual relationship with Hall and meeting her in hotel rooms for sex. Their last encounter was in mid-November.

Before Hall was officially hired on the force, she had met up at Officer McGowan’s house with her husband and another female.

At the time, Hall was a candidate and had taken her clothes off along with the other female.

‘Hall’s husband got upset,’ the report reads. ‘During that visit, McGowan admitted to taking out his penis with Hall in the room and taking a photo of it. He sent that photo to Hall.’

McGowan denied having sex with Hall but revealed explicit photos and videos he received from her.

Another employee revealed McGowan approached her while on duty and choked her.

He was terminated amid the sexual engagement and workplace violence allegations.

Hall initially denied having a sexual relationship with all the men except for Holladay, which she insisted was only at his house or in hotels.

But she admitted to ‘sending nude images to other officers on shift including Holladay, Magliocco, and Officer Schoeberl.’

She later backtracked and confessed about Magliocco but denied being involved with his wife.

‘Magliocco had discussed having a threesome with Magliocco’s wife; however, nothing ever happened on that topic,’ the report reads.

Hall also confirmed that she had sexual relations with Lugo-Perez and Powell.
