On Friday night – just ONE day after Cassie filed an explosive $30 Million lawsuit against Sean ” P. Diddy” Combs, accusing the rap mogul of rape and physically abusing her for over a decade, she has reached a settlement.
According to Cassie’s attorney, both sides “resolved the claims … to their mutual satisfaction.”
I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control. I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support,” Cassie, whose full name is Casandra Ventura, wrote in a statement.
Combs, 54, added in his own statement: “We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best.”
The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
As far as the internet, most people agreed that Cassie wasn’t lying on Diddy.
It’s the UNO for me. Gotta give it to Cassie for putting Diddy in his place. It’s only right to play one of our favorite pastime songs in commemoration of this move.
I believe that Diddy didn’t expect Cassie to tell the world all of her business. Once he realized she was serious and that the world was going to find out THE TRUTH about him, he settled.
