The fallout from multiple lawsuits filed against Sean P. Diddy Combs continues to impact those around him who knew him intimately.
Recent reports suggest that 50 Cent is seeking sole custody of his son, Sire, following allegations his ex, Daphne Joy is a paid sex worker named in a lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs earlier this year..
According to a source close to the situation, ‘Given the latest developments and news of Daphne Joy’s involvement in the Diddy lawsuit, 50 is going for sole custody of his son.’
Representatives for 50 Cent declined to comment.
Upon hearing about Joy’s alleged involvement in the lawsuit filed by Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones, 50 Cent expressed his thoughts on Instagram with a photo of himself.
The ‘In Da Club’ hitmaker, born Curtis Jackson III, shares custody of his 12-year-old son Sire with Joy. They parted ways in 2012 after a brief relationship. 50 Cent also has another son, Marquise, 27, from a previous relationship.
The lawsuit alleges that Joy, along with others, received ‘monthly stipends’ for their involvement in sex work.”
“Given the latest developments and news of Daphne Joy’s involvement in the Diddy lawsuit, 50 is going for sole custody of his son,” a source close to the situation told Us Weekly Thursday.
Born Curtis Jackson III, the “In Da Club” hitmaker and OnlyFans model dated from 2011 to 2012.
They split shortly after now-12-year-old Sire’s birth. 50 Cent also shares son Marquise, 27, with ex Shaniqua Tompkins.
Joy, as well as Yung Miami and Jade Ramey, allegedly received “monthly stipends” for their sex work.
In response to 50 Cent Daphne Joy responded saying she was done making 50 look good, in addition to being hurt by Rodney’s allegations.
Joy hasn’t directly addressed being an alleged sex worker, but she did share a cryptic message on social media after her name made headlines.
“Thank you God for your love,” the 37-year-old model captioned a clip of herself hiking.
Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who worked with Combs on his latest album, sued the music mogul for allegedly sexually assaulting him.
Within the lawsuit, which also name-dropped Prince Harry, Jones claimed Combs’ alleged sex workers were paid a “monthly stipend.” The documents, obtained by Page Six, also claimed Combs used a man named Brendan Paul as his drug mule.
Paul was arrested earlier this week as federal agents raided the former Ciroc owner’s homes.
Personally, I don’t believe this news is true. Simply because the allegations in the lawsuit came out weeks ago . I’m sure 50 Cent read it back then and chose this week to say something.
