Wife slices off husband’s manhood, flushes it down toilet – He forgives her & apologizes for cheating with 14-Y.O. Niece

Sometimes men cheat on the wrong woman and find out that she ain’t nothing nice.

A man in Brazil knew his wife was jealous before she sliced off his penis, flushed it down the toilet and drove herself to the police station.

She has been jailed for nearly five years, although her husband forgave her and now says he wants her back.

Daiane dos Santos Farias admitted to luring her husband Gilberto Nogueira de Oliveira to bed for a session of kinky sex in December last year. Then when he was tied to the bedposts, she switched off the lights, pulled out a razor, and sliced off his penis, prosecutors told the Atibaia Court near São Paulo, Brazil.

Cook Farias, 34, has since made up with her husband and he even paid for her legal team for the trial. But Judge Roberta Layaun Chiappeta de Moraes Barro jailed her for four years and five months on May 15 when she pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm.

The maximum sentence could have been imprisonment for eight years. The court had heard how after hacking off her husband’s manhood she flushed it down the loo so it could never be reattached by surgeons.

Farias’ lawyer Tassia Mafra told local media that she would appeal the sentence, claiming the judge had ignored that she had “acted under violent emotion”. She added: “I will also insist on the application of the semi-open regime, as per legal provision. In any case, it was an excellent result. The penalty was fair.”

HE TOOK ACCOUNTABILITY

Gilberto, who is now being fitted with a prosthetic penis, has blamed himself for provoking the attack by reportedly cheating on Farias with her 15-year-old niece. The age of consent in Brazil is 14. According to Correio, the victim decided to resume the relationship with his wife in March this year.

He added: “It was all my fault. I couldn’t have cheated on my wife with my niece. She didn’t deserve it.” He added: “Daiane is a wonderful, loving woman who loves me.”

The victim shared details of the incident with local media, saying he was aroused and expected sex when his wife suddenly squeezed his genitals in the dark and cut his penis. He said: “It all happened very quickly.”

He added: “Then I pushed her and I put my hand on [my penis] and it was gushing a lot of blood. I asked ”why did you do that?'” Mr Nogueira de Oliveira said his wife was “possessive” and had recently broken his new mobile phone in a fit of jealous rage.

According to local media, after the incident on December 22 Farias walked into the local police station with her brother and said: “Good evening, officer, I came to introduce myself, because I just cut off my husband’s penis.” She said she had taken a photo of the severed organ before flushing it down the toilet, adding she had flushed it away as she “heard that it was possible to reattach it.”

Yikes! I guess he’s no good for any other woman, so he may as well stick with his wife.  But if she wants pipe, she’ll probably cheat. 🤷🏽‍♀️
