Recently it was reported that Tory Lanez allegedly shot Megan Thee Stallion early Sunday morning after arguing with her and her friend and partying with Kylie Jenner in the Hollywood Hills.
The argument started after the group left a Hollywood Hills party together in the chauffeur-driven SUV, and at some point, Megan and her friend, Kelsey Nicole, wanted out of the vehicle.
Sources say Tory opened fire from inside the vehicle, and allegedly hit Meg in the feet twice. TMZ broke the story … LAPD pulled over Tory’s ride a short time later. Megan’s feet were clearly bleeding on the sidewalk as she followed police instructions to exit the vehicle
On Friday Megan The Stallion took to Twitter to address fans who made light of her trauma.
The Houston rapper, 25, called out social media followers who have mocked the shooting incident.
“Black women are so unprotected & we hold so many things in to protect the feelings of others w/o considering our own,” Megan tweeted. “It might be funny to y’all on the internet and just another messy topic for you to talk about but this is my real life and I’m real life hurt and traumatized.”
On Saturday night, Megan shared on Instagram Live that she was hanging out with Kylie Jenner and Lanez, 27, in a pool, just hours before police responded to a “shots fired” call outside of a Hollywood Hills home at around 4:30 a.m.
Now, I’ve heard Megan talk ,and she’s very sweet and feminine. But obviously by listening to her rap, you know she has a mouthpiece. I’ve also heard Tory Lanez talk and although I love his music, he doesn’t speak like a good man.
I once heard him say something about women needing to buy their own bags, and that he proffered to watch women buy their own bags. Most women don’t realize that’s not the way good men speak.
Anyway, there is a lot of dysfunction going on in the black community that a lot of people want to hide. Like the fact that a good MAJORITY of black men do not respect or value women. And the few good black men walk around thinking every man is just like him.
And then we add in the law of attraction and attracting whatever it is that you focus on, people prefer to only focus on the 5 good black men.
I focus on healing, and women need healing from dealing with men. Especially black men.
But everything goes back to this all being a woman’s fault for not knowing how to pick a man and not knowing what a man truly values. Even celebrity women like Jennifer Williams find themselves being victimized by black men whom they trusted.
This has to stop.
For good hearted women, you must wake up and learn how to move in this world. You must learn to become attracted to a different kind of man and stop placing yourself in stories of victimhood.
A woman victimizes herself every time she refuses to honor herself the way God honors her.
If Megan the Stallion had this book, she would attract a different kind of man.
