Cam Newton’s Ex Girlfriend Wants Him To Pay $20,000 For Her Utility Bills
Like most young athletes, Cam Newton, 33, is a messy man.
According to Radar Online, Newton is not making good on his promise to take care of his ex-girlfriend whom he refused to marry and cheated on.
Kia Proctor, the mother of four of Cam’s children, wants him to make good on his word to pay the utility bills for the home where she raises their four children, Camidas, Chosen Sebastian, Cashmere Saint Newton, and Sovereign-Dior Cambella.
Kia also has a daughter named Shakira from a previous relationship.

Kia has asked a judge to find the NFL baller in contempt of court. In the recent filing, Kia claims the former NFL baller hasn’t produced all records in their custody case and failed to pay utilities for her home as he had agreed to in their temporary agreement. Kia is reportedly receiving about $14,268.00 in monthly child support.
According to reports Kia incurred some serious utility bills from September 2020 to July 2022, she incurred $5,500 in cable expenses and $6,600 for the internet. $4,725 in power charges and another $4,532 for gas. The total owed comes to $21,357.
Kia wants Cam to cover those utility bills. In addition, Kia also wants him to pay another $2,000 to cover her legal bills.

Kia also claims Cam has ignored all her payment requests. On top of not receiving payment, they are also fighting over permanent child support and custody agreement. If you recall, the former couple, who were together for seven years, split after he fathered a child with La Reina Shaw.
Cam believes he should have joint custody with visitation. Kia isn’t having it. She demanded primary custody of their children and $15k per month in support. Previously she pointed out that the former Panther star had a $60 million guaranteed contract and countless lucrative endorsement deals.
In February, Newton told Brittany Renner in his “Funky Friday” YouTube series that he didn’t marry Proctor because he couldn’t be the best version of himself when they were together.
“That’s a great question… The thing is that person that I was while we were having children together, I couldn’t be the best husband. I wasn’t prepared to be a husband then,” Newton told Renner, an Instagram fitness model and influencer, who pressed him about not giving Proctor a ring.
In June of 2022 Cam admitted to cheating on Kia and fathering a child outside of the relationship.
Kids are awesome, but sitting on your azz for 5-years+ while a rich man takes care of you, specifically a young athlete is crazy.
I am not downing Kia, cause obviously she has access to a man that most women could only dream of. But after years of writing these blogs, and also understanding relationships, there are things that women in general need to know.
While it’s wonderful to get the man with the bag, quite often the relationship has an expiration date that’s under 5 years.
If a rich man took care of me for 5 years, I would number 1, not let him knock me up with 4 kids. 2. Be sure to build a profitable business that makes millions of dollars so that I can sustain myself.
Not every woman is brilliant or business saavy, but beauty is obviously a foot in the door with wealthy athletes. With $100,000 that’s enough to invest in a good business, real estate, or something that brings in recurring income.
MOST RELATIONSHIPS HAVE EXPIRATION DATES
Women should understand that when a man is in love with you, he’s in love with you, and will give you the world. But when he’s no longer in love he oftentimes loses the desire to provide for you. So a woman has to cover her bases and look out for her future.
While most smart women can’t get a man who will provide, beautiful women can, but that’s where they drop the ball. They sit around looking pretty, instead of seeing the relationship as an investment.
I’d rather be rich like Oprah Winfrey instead of a woman depending on her rich ex-boyfriend and can’t fend for herself.
However at the end of the day, most women believe that their love will last forever. However a major sign that it won’t is when you get knocked up with the first kid and he doesn’t produce a ring.
