Miracle: Officer Fired After Tasing Black Woman & Knocking Her Into Bushes [video]

When officers approached Kyndesia Smith on her mother’s porch, to ask her about possible threats against a neighbor, and the neighbor’s 9-year-old son, Kyndesia said she didn’t want to talk about it.

Violence escalated between Kyndesia and the officer, resulting in Kyndesia being tased and falling into the bushes.

The video shows Oxford arguing with Smith, who had been sitting on the porch with her mother Aytra Thomas and two other women.

Smith could be heard saying: ‘You’re on our property. We did not call you, I’m not going anywhere,’ after Oxford asks if she wants to go to jail.

He then tells her she is under arrest and orders her to turn around, to which Smith replies: ‘I’m not resisting, you’re not touching me.’

Oxford then grabs Smith’s arms and a struggle ensues as he attempts to place her in handcuffs, prompting screams from the other women.

After failing to detain her, the cop orders Smith to get on the ground, drawing his stun gun before tasing her, the video shows.

Smith falls into the bushes in front of the home screaming as the officer continues to struggle with her in an attempt to place her in handcuffs.

When Kyndesia was handcuffed and placed into the police car, she head butted the officer.

The white Georgia police officer has now been fired.

Police officials told Channel 2′s Tom Regan that it wasn’t the officer’s use of force or the arrest that led to the firing of Officer Michael Oxford, it was the way he conducted himself in the field.

I actually don’t agree with his firing. They are simply making an example of this man. Maybe he did a little extra cause his authority as an officer of the law and as a man was being disrespected, but the truth is he talked to her the way he did because he knew she was being aggressive and lying. After all she was seen on tape.

This isn’t a black vs white thing, which you can tell by the way he spoke to the first black woman who called the police.

But I guess this is no different from when cops are racist, actually kill an unarmed black man on camera, and actually get off. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I guess you can call it even.. perhaps.
